Processing Time

  • All orders: 1-2 business days
  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are processed same business day
  • Weekends: Orders placed on weekends are processed Monday

If you're not home:

  • Your package will be available at local collection point
  • Or redelivery can be arranged

Order Changes

  • Within 1 hour: Can be modified via email
  • After 1 hour: May already be in processing
  • After dispatch: Cannot be changed (see Returns Policy)
